I'm not disputing the level of care at this facility but my family has had a very negative experience with the staff. We switched to Somers Veterinary Hospital solely based on location when we moved to our new home. My dog's first annual visit was simply ok and we left the appointment feeling conflicted (and really missing Tolland Veterinary Hospital!). I have repeatedly visited Somers Veterinary Hospital over the years with my dogs and Dr. Hensen has been wonderful! The hospital hours are so convenient for someone who works full-time; but best of all is Dr. Hensen and staff. Dr. Hensen takes the time to explain her findings, and will answer all of my questions. The staff is on top of things and will even call back with lab results and ask for updates. Thank you for taking great care of my babies!
