I just read the other review and I don't find that to be true. I have been going there for years and every time I have gone in they have been nice and upfront. I don't think they are rude or anything like that. I love the setting, it isn't stale and impersonal like most hospitals. My dog was really sick once and they brought me right in. I told them I didn't have all the money in the world so they gave me a round about what the visit would cost with what they thought would be needed so i would know. This isn’t a real vet hospital, it is someone’s HOUSE that has been made into one. There is NO parking lot whatsoever and forget finding anything on the street even close. When you call, first thing they rudely ask is “are you a client?” and then you’ll be put on hold for 10-15 mins. If you are “lucky” enough to score an appointment, expect to wait at least 2 hours.
