Excellent service they do a very great job at cleaning drapes and blinds and area rugs family owned really good people
He charged $240 to clean two Hunter Douglas shades and brought one back that did not work properly. It never had issues before he did his cleaning. Then he refused to take responsiblity for the issue and returned the broken shades without suggesting a solution. Hunter Douglas was responsive and suggested they will repair the broken shades and send us boxes to send them back. If Somers wanted to handle this issue properly they could have contacted Hunter Douglas and had the issue resolved. Instead they just brought the shades... read more
