I’ve been looking around for a new home for my mom which has been very difficult. I’ve called many places and they don’t even call back. I called Summerfield and spoke with Jane. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond with making me so comfortable. Our family isn’t quite ready to make this difficult decision yet but Summerfield will be at the top of the list because of Jane.
The staff and environment at Summerfield were outstanding for the 5 months my mother lived there. They were extremely caring and patient, and treated her like family. Unfortunately, we had to move her out of state and couldn’t bring Summerfield with us, but we do miss the staff and facility.
I’m appalled as a medical care professional, as soon as we meet with said Hiedi , is this better for you?, she showered us with her knowledge of what she knew regarding memory care she also sold this facility as able to handle my fathers needs , We spent a good amount of time with Jane and laid out in detail my father’s behavior issues at that time she Jane reassured us that her staff was more than qualified to handle the task at hand and Reassured us that this was the proper place for my father, Well, needless to say $5000 ... read more
Placing my wife of forty years into memory care was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Deciding to place her in Summerfield of Roseville was not. From the first time I visited the location I thought this might be the place. After touring the the facility and meeting some of the staff it seemed like a no brainer. Bright , clean and well maintained it seemed ideal. After the tour I wanted to move in. If you're looking for a place for your loved one with dementia, consider Summerfield of Roseville.
Summerfield of Roseville is a great place for your loved ones to live! My 91 year old Mom lives there, and they do activities with her, celebrate all the holidays with everyone and their families, and they maintain a great quality life style for them. The staff is well-trained in dementia care, and understands the needs of the residents with memory loss. Everyone is very kind and patient. I would really recommend this place if you are looking for a memory care facility.
