Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. When I first started I was rough but the program helped me. My counselor Jackie is really good she helped me so much… she real and cares!!!
Staff is awesome, always made me feel comfortable and new me by name first day. Hands down great place! The Dr's are even better very knowledgeable and caring!!
