I had a great repair experience with this shop, Scott and Karen were so helpful…and Karen was very patient with me, as it was the first time I ever had to go thru a collision repair process, and I was a bit impatient, all in all both Scott and Karen explained it thoroughly, and I was kept up to date thru the entirety of the repairs via emails, and the guys cleaned my car too!!! I highly recommend them!!!
If you need body work done , you couldn't find a better place then Somerdale Collison. It starts with Karen who greets you as you walk in and is extremely pleasant and professional, Scott the owner makes you feel at ease and walks you through everything that will be done , you are notified during the entire process by text how long your car is expected to be completed. If 0 stars was possible this wouldve gotten it. I would never trust them with your car. I brought my car there to get some body work done knowing i could not fix my shifted frame myself and i wait over a month to get the car back with 1 new control arm and tire rod and my alignment still completely wacked. I then return my car to them after waiting another 2 weeks they give it back with brand new subframe as shoudlve been advised from the beginning. Looking for prompt, professional service with a friendly staff? I definitely got that here and SO MUCH MORE! While pulling out of my driveway, I clipped the bottom of my front fender on a newly installed low stone wall. OUCH!! Literally half of my front fender fell from the frame. My fabulous husband used copper wire to hold the spots where the clips had been. Scott saw that it was an easy fix and didn’t try to rip me off.
