Friendly helpful sservice. I purchased a bike a couple months ago. Real happy with my Bronson 70 that they helped me pick out. It unfortunately developed a lot pop that I couldn't find/fix. It's a mountain bike, if you do mountin bike things, it happens. When I got it to the shop they immediately started troubleshooting even tho it was closing time. 9:30 the next day I get the call that it's fixed with no charge. A local shop backing up it's product sales. Not sure you could ask for more.
