She's a great doc who I would recommend to any one ..the only down far is the scheduling is long for wait ..
Do not go here. I have been a diabetic since 3 years old and this Penn Medicine office is terrible. Unintelligent staff, rude, they always ask if I am a patient there whenever I go in because they lose records or just don’t document correctly. Dr. Ali can come off as arrogant and does not understand patients point of view. I don’t know where she got her degree from but when she requests for you to do something sometimes it can be unreasonable and over dramatic.

She has been my Dr for 20 years. She is an excellent Dr.
I am very happy with Dr. Ali as my Endocrinologist. She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, and takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things, so that when I leave her office, I have a complete understanding of our course of treatment going forward. She truly cares about her patients. If you are starting a new medication, she wants to hear back from you on how things are going and respects your feedback.
