We ordered kitchen countertops and tile for the backsplash. They gave us the wrong tile on a Friday. We had most installed by the time they e-mailed Monday and said sorry we gave you the wrong tile. We replied that day we like the look but would like….. They replied several days later “glad you like them, enjoy the new house”. No phone call.
From initial consultation to completed projects our experience with SITK was exceptional. The kitchen/bath designer listened carefully, asked questions to clarify, and then came up with plans that met our dreams beautifully.
