We sent the wrong item and cannot return it. asked for a contribution to send the correct article. amount transferred, item never received. I have been emailing them for 5 months but they say it is not their problem and I cannot prove that I have not had it. Since someone else responds to my email every time, it has become a complete chaos and I have now lost 65 euros and now I don't have any!
