This agency did an amazing job looking after my grandmother when she was dying. They were kind and so gentle with her. Amazing carers.
This agency and these carers are absolutely horrendous, the general shocking situations that have occurred because of the idiots that they have as carers is astonishing. The carers they have hired are forced to work for this agency and thus are incredibly unmotivated to actually work and give a bad name to the decent carers out there.
