Had to obtain a referral to even try and schedule an appointment. My doctor sent me a referral, got a call from them and they basically said I can’t schedule a appointment because they were too booked up, didn’t even try to let me in or schedule something, didn’t give me the numbers for anywhere else just said there are other resources. And then I got hung up on, thanks, real good customer service. 👎
