The Portsmouth Life Center is absolutely amazing. Best gym in the area! You can workout however you want and everyone is respectful. There are no issues with being too intense. Beginners who are noticeably struggling get help from seasoned lifters. No judgement. No disrespect. This place is made for human development. Tons of machines- both stack and plate loaded. I enjoy being able to have the choice to go at certain times and stretch/exercise on my own or join a class and enjoy the social interaction with others. The sauna is also amazing 🤤🤎
