Crossfit needs its own building. They’re loud and in the way and the trainers are extremely rude.
Wonderful PT & Aqua therapy.
This location is open 24 hours a day, with the exception of certain fitness rooms as well as the saunas and pool (when its finished with having a new filter installed). Those rooms/extras close to the public at 9pm on weekdays and earlier on weekends. The 24 hour fitness area has plenty of room and machines/equipment. The friendliness of the staff is hit or miss. I enjoy the yoga classes offered by Jill and Barb 😊 The best part for me at this location is definitely the sauna!
The Portsmouth Life Center is absolutely amazing. Best gym in the area! You can workout however you want and everyone is respectful. There are no issues with being too intense. Beginners who are noticeably struggling get help from seasoned lifters. No judgement. No disrespect. This place is made for human development. Tons of machines- both stack and plate loaded. As a person who is just starting out I found this place to be very nice and everyone here is really friendly. The equipment is really nice and there are plenty of options to choose from. 10/10 easily
