My Mom was admitted into SOMC Inpatient Hospice in Feb 2023. After 2 days of being near death, she miraculously "rallied". She was released at that time. From Feb-Nov she was in/out of the hospital, 2 nursing facilities & a brief stay in her home. She always pleaded to go back to the hospice facility because they were so amazing. The last 30 hours of her life were spent back there & I am forever grateful. I was with her & the care they gave to both of us will never be forgotten.
