I believe are thieves. Don't send them any money!!!!!!!! I similar to my experience, they will keep it and not provide you with whatever product you think you are going to get.

Put down a deposit and they kept our money. Full of excuses and refused to give us our money back. Wish there was a "zero" star for not such a poor service.

We made a $12,500 deposit for awnings in May 2017. It is now February 2019 and the awnings have still not been installed. Sombrilla and their owner David Q**** have made excuse after excuse for their failure to meet their contractual obligations. I am now filing criminal charges against their owner David Q****. This is clearly a criminal enterprise. Do not do business with these criminals.

Didn't even know how to start telling our horrible experience to date with this company. As of 9/27/2018, P*** provided us a quote and contract, requested the down payment (half of the entire total) and states completion will be 6 (SIX) weeks from start to finish once contract has been signed. 10 (TEN) weeks later and canopies are still in the "engineering approval/stamp needed, city permitting, revisions completed...yada yada stage!"" HORRIBLE!!! Had to wait for 5 months. Was promised a discount by salesman but after installation, owner, David Quinn, refused. He is obnoxious and rude. They will promise you 6 weeks delivery and a discount for a 5 month wait but don't believe them. Very unprofessional outfit. GO ELSEWHERE!! Others too have had a problem with David Quinn - get him out of this business. I would refuse to take him as a client in my business.

I made a $2,820 down payment on awnings and was told (by the owner, Mr. Quinn) that the product would arrive apprx 4-5 weeks. Nearly 19 weeks later, and after numerous phone calls to Mr. Quinn (who became agitated that I was agitated), the awnings were finally installed. Mr. Quinn would not return my calls while all of this was occurring, and I started worrying because I had already made a down payment and felt like I was getting ignored and/or the run around.
