Karen is SO good at what she does. She’s knowledgeable, listens to what you want and need, and thinks critically about how best to help address your concerns. She gave me a targeted massage that was deep, appropriately painful (she was great at communicating and making sure it wasn’t too much for me), and highly EFFECTIVE. She really helped me with my muscle tension and pain.
Karen is always always always amazing! She’s so informative about what she’s doing and checks in to create a safe, comfortable experience. Her personality is top tier for sure; caring, funny, and 100% kind.
With my job it’s basically a necessity for me to get massages and adjustments regularly. Karen is one of the kindest and smartest humans and I love her so much. She really knows how to get in there. I enjoy her work as much as her conversation. She is ok with either talking or not talking but personally I think she is so cool I can’t not talk to her and I have never felt a connection like this with my other massage therapists and trust me I’ve been to LOTS!
