I can't recommend Gayla enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly has healing hands. I've had several different services with her, including cupping, lymphatic massage, and deep tissue work, and every session has made noticeable difference in how my body feels. Gayla is amazing. I was diagnosed with sjogrens a few years ago. My joints used to ache alot until i started seeing Gayla! I increased my visits to every two weeks and boy i am glad i did. We work on range of motion during these sessions as well as my overall wellness. We have done sound bath, cupping and recently Neurostim non invasive therapy to reset my vagus nerve. She is truly amazing, caring and just seems to know what my body needs!!!
