Had my first body work therapy with Sol and highly recommend. Being in my mind for such a long time it was so relaxing to have a break from it and have my nervous system feel so calm. I'm not exactly sure how Sol manages to do this, it's as if Sol is able to read my body and hear what it needs. If you're thinking of booking a session with Sol, please do it! I honestly can't put into words what shifted, but something deep within me did. Sol held such a grounded, safe space that I found myself journeying into places I didn't even realise were still holding me back. As a practitioner myself, I often find it hard to let go in sessions but with Sol, there was no hiding. Just deep presence, trust and transformation. I'm so grateful. Highly, highly recommend x
