Before going in I was a little skeptical/uncertain, however I’ve found Sol’s work to be extremely healing, even after just 2 sessions I generally felt very unsafe in my own body having just endured my toughest life experience, however Sol’s somatic therapy really helped me soften and feel safe again My overall wellbeing since has been night and day difference, although only works if you trust her and fully let go Thanks sol

Working with Sol is truly a soul journey. It is for those who are ready to embrace a deeper self- knowing and understanding. It is work that requires humility, surrender and commitment to embracing change for the purposes of manifesting a life you deserve. I have been on a healing and personal empowerment journey for 20years and have tried many modalities. By far, somatic body-based therapy is the most real, authentic and life-changing. I couldn't recommend Sol more!

Doing somatic therapy with Sol has been truly transformative. I get so much out of each session and feel deeply held throughout the entire session. I have done lots of different types of therapy and healing work but somatic therapy with Sol is a wonderfully unique and an incredibly impactful experience.
