I had not experienced Somatic Healing previous to working with Laura, however I have found it extremely helpful both psychically and mentally. I’ve been on a journey to work through anxiety and specifically social anxiety, with a mixture of psychology, kinesiology and other energetic forms of healing. Laura is an incredibly kind and empathic therapist. She holds such a safe space for her clients. I have explored quite a few healing modalities myself and feel that Somatic Counselling has really helped me to solidify my mind-body connection. Laura is able to guide and support the exploration of past trauma in a safe and gentle way. She has a very balanced approach, providing techniques to feel safe and grounded while exploring more challenging emotions. I highly recommend Laura as a Somatic Counsellor!
