I discovered my friend was keeping a secret: Kitty, her massage therapist! I've been working with Kitty for over 2 years (maybe 3 or 4??). I've been working with massage therapists for decades. I had actually come to believe a couple of my issue spots were with me forever. As a result, I didn't mention anything to Kitty. Kitty is highly skilled and genuinely cares about making a difference in her clients’ wellbeing. She is versed in a wide range of techniques, from deep tissue, to craniosacral, to posture exercises.
