I dont care how much someone needs help, you can not just treat people any kind of way off of your own assumptions. You cant be dismissive of someone else situation because you feel a way, you serve the community u have to have more compassion and empathy, and be more transparent, u cannot treat people like that, shame on you.
I’ve never had any assistance and when I called they said they were already filled , after my mom literally just got an appt ! They only help they own ! Or ppl who abuse the system .
