When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist and nurse were amazing, warm and welcoming. That’s where the positive experience ended. I had a consultation with Dr Usama Mohamed, who was rude, dismissive and condescending from start to finish. I stopped him during the consult to let him know that I found his style dismissive and that I was feeling uncomfortable. They were all incredibly warm and welcoming. When I came here for treatment the first time and couldn’t find the place, the receptionist actually came outside to look for me and guided me in. Then the doctor who treated me was so kind and friendly, very patient and attentive. They are all truly wonderful.
Dr Emily Liu and the team at SomaHealth Sleep & Respiratory are brilliant! They take the fear out of sleep and respiratory care, explain everything clearly, and provide top-quality equipment that works. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I had a great experience at SomaHealth. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, patient and incredibly helpful. Adam in particular went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Dr Byrne was excellent, thorough and attentive, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. Unlike other specialist clinics where I’ve felt rushed, I truly felt cared for here. I’d highly recommend SomaHealth to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.
Dr Bryne insensitive and blunt ,zero bedside manner ..I dont feel comfortable to ever return to this clinic .
