I took the YTT-200 in Costa Rica with Soma Yoga Institute and my life's been changed forever! The teachers have SO much wisdom and knowledge to offer, as well as being very kind, open and personable. They inspired me and filled my cup. I highly recommend to everyone considering deepening their practice!

I loved everything about this Costa Rica Yoga Teacher Training — the alignment, engagement, and extension teachings, the amazing food, students, teachers, and the beautiful ocean. Soma Yoga Institute is an incredible yoga school. I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, I 100% recommend!! The instructors are incredibly experienced and passionate, the structure was well organized, the curriculum was comprehensive - I cannot believe how much I learned in such a short period of time.
