Just completed a 200 YTT with soma yoga institute and I cannot recommend them more. I learned so much about yoga, anatomy, community and myself during this process. The teachers created a safe space to explore yoga and ourselves deeply during our 18 day training. I feel confident to take what I've learned with me and to help others gain confidence in their own yoga practice. Thank you Liz and Christine !

I just came back from the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica - it was incredible! It gave me the skills and discipline to find calm and kindness in my life as a social justice activist.
