I came to SOMA through the recommendation of my absolute favorite orthopedic massage therapist, Joy, who practices there. Knowing my history of bilateral rotator cuff surgeries, she recommended to Kevin that he work with me when I inquired about their services, because of his experience with shoulders. The trainers and community here are so welcoming and so knowledgeable about how to help you train wherever you are at and for whatever your goals are. 10/10 would recommend!
All of the staff is really friendly and inclusive, Amber is my girl though! I also love the fun yet comfortable environment!
I am very happy with my trainer! Id say a large majority of trainers are also pretty good. Admin/communciation, in my experience, can be confused............. And yes, this is a friendly place, dont be scared to start.
With aging comes the absolute necessity to remain flexible through regular exercise of a mixed variety. SOMA has analyzed my needs super well and as long as I do my "homework" more or less religiously, my body will last longer and be able to do more longer because of the great personalized training.
