Allison is awesome- her technique and ability to hone in on where there may be hidden tension that I was not even aware of is outstanding. Every session is warm, professional and i always leave more relaxed than I walked in.

I highly recommend! Allison did a great job listening to my needs and working on the areas I needed. I have arthritis and she helped so much with the pain I had in my back, hips, neck, and shoulders. I will definitely be back soon!
I came with knee pain and tight hamstrings. Allison recommended cupping on my leg and when we were finished I was immediately able to bend and put weight on my leg for the rest of the day. Highly recommended 10/10
