After receiving my portable x-ray machine over a month late, the machine happens to be defective. It never worked. I asked for a full refund of $20 650 for the defective machine and they have vehemently refused to refund my money. Their technical manager insists that I should be patient and give them all the time to fix it so they sent me a computer repairer to trouble shoot and magically the lights came on.
