I’ve been booking appointments for my family at Soma Spa for some time now, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I initially made a cancellation for my husband’s massage, which was not showing up online, but I had it confirmed in my own calendar. I went for a 45 mints facial services in that they applied 20 mints mask and 15mints steam on face in which they finish the max time, no proper facial was given as I expected Very disappointed with this service No proper cleansing was done
Recently switched to east location from north as I have moved to this area. I was apprehensive about starting with a new massage therapist. I am more than happy with Kaitlyn, I have come away from 3 massages so far with the best results! I have found my new go to massage therapist 😊
