Thank you to Soma Spa East! I have been a loyal costumer of Soma Spa for many years thanks to the amazing staff and the exceptionally clean environment. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff during procedures and their knowledge when it comes to product selection. This spa takes the time to create a comfortable environment where you feel at home.

Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I’ve had and I’ve tried salons all over the world. I got my nails done at Soma Salon & Spa, and less than 24 hours later, the stickers were peeling off and the polish was already cracking. I came back the next day hoping they would take responsibility and offer a proper solution instead, I was met with a complete lack of accountability and a manager who seemed only concerned about money. Our experience at this salon was unacceptable from start to finish. My girlfriend’s nails were done so poorly they looked bad from the moment she left. When we asked for the mistake to be corrected, they told her to wait an entire week. Even when she returned much sooner, they refused to do it that day, claiming they had no time. They the manager assigned her to the exact same unskilled technician who ruined her nails in the first place despite us clearly requesting to avoid that person.
