I have been a patient of Dr. Rafael Baez since 2022, at the beginning, he was attentive and seemed to care about his patients. Unfortunately, the quality of care has drastically declined over time, and I now feel compelled to share my experience in hopes of helping others make informed decisions. The biggest issue is poor communication and lack of patient respect.
