Unfortunately, after spending time with Soma Medical in West Palm Beach, their appointment system is the worst I’ve experienced; I’ve waited one to two hours to be seen. They handle important matters, say they’ll look into them, then leave me waiting on the phone until the call drops—making it impossible to get through again. I’ve even had to go in person to be seen. Quiero felicitar a la enfermera Zaime, por tan amable y dedicado servicio para con mi hijo. Bendiciones y que siga creciendo profesionalmente.
De la atención no tengo quejas ,los doctores y el personal en general muy buenos ,me he atendido con Ana , pero que mal por el parqueo, en la mañana me he disgustado porque no había espacio, ya me ha pasado varias veces, llamé y ya adentro se me pasó la hora y he tenido que esperar casi una hora para que me atiendan .
Falta de profesionalismo. Incompetencia.
I was this morning there on time for my appointment (minutes before) I was waiting for over 1 hour to be called to go inside one of the cubicles to see a doctor but the wait time was long, I decided to go to the customer service desk to inquire about it, I approached the service desk not once but at least 4 times till I got someone from the office that came out to de-escalate the situation, I must emphasize that I didn't created a scene even that I was right, I kept my composure all the time, I hope they change the way how t... read more
