I'll describe my experience as easy, smooth, and relaxing. Everyone was attentive, patient, and welcoming.
Scheduled a couples massage while we were in town and Soma did not disappoint. Atmosphere was very relaxing, massages were excellent and got deep into the muscles, and the customer service was top notch.
Bret was great. He was very professional, clarified my comfort level ahead of time, and targeted my specific area of concern.
Everyone was very kind and made my first massage experience comfortable and relaxing!
Not only was it the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot) but possibly the best 90 minutes of my whole life. Bret was clearly very knowledgeable. He talked to me before starting to learn more about what I was feeling, where I was feeling pain, etc. then walked me through his plan of what he was going to do to fix it. He let me know some of what he’d be loosening wouldn’t be super comfortable but he’d start there so we could end with the more relaxing stuff.
