Excellent addition to my regular physio, massage and chiropractic for chronic pain issues. I had a myofascial treatment done by Jonah and I’ve noticed my back muscles are much looser and more comfortable than usual and my back is overall moving much better. Would definitely recommend as an option to try for anyone with chronic pain issues to help with management.

I’ve been working with Jonah for approximately 6 months on a specific hip/leg ailment. Working with Jonah has improved the function of my leg. His knowledge about body mechanics/function and myofascial techniques provides reassurance that we are on the right track for recovery. Jonah has my full trust in the type of treatment plan he deems suitable for the visit.
Jonah’s work is so effective that my body completely melts. I’m the client who sighs from deep relief, drifts off, and occasionally drools because I’m finally relaxed enough to let go. JUST a shout out to Neil . YOU are the most amazing person and Best Massage Therapist I have ever had in my 30 years of going to different places. Neil, thank you for helping me with my severe scoliosis.. I can walk again and sleep alot better. You are so kind, caring and passionate about your job and I benefit from that immensely. I live about 1.5 hours from saskatoon, but have no problem driving to see this Massage therapist , because he is the BEST OUT THERE.. thanks again Neil !!
