Hannah was so helpful, I felt like VIP. Good selection for my bigger than a B-cup girlies.
Horrible customer service provided by Alexa so called the store manager. Just rude, mean and unhelpful. Any item I wanted, she just kept saying we don't have it and just walked away. Go work somewhere else Alexa if you hate your job so much.
I usually dreads going in to get fitted for a bra after my breast surgery. I called ahead and explained my situation. I was lucky to get Hannah on the phone who was a very sweet person. She invited me in and assured me that she'll do everything she can to help me me. During my visit Hanna helped me with my fitting for a bra for my unusual size. She seemed like she genuinely cared about me. She was amazing and patient in listening to my needs. I would highly recommend Soma . Thank you Hanna.
I had a really good experience going there yesterday with my family. They carry majority of sizes and I can say the underwear way more cute then Victoria Secret the colors are vibrant and made me feel comfortable on all the plus sizes they had. Definitely recommend this place. It is in the mall but you have to go down the little side halls from the main area it’s right passed the dmv there. Definitely recommend to anyone they have different shapes and styles too!! Also the customer service is very nice !!
