Liz is awesome! I've been receiving massages from Liz for over 6 years and she is a caring, warm and highly skilled sports massage therapist. She has helped me with so many chronic and acute issues over the years. I don't know what I would do without her!

Liz treats a myofascial sports injury I sustained decades ago that was beginning to cause chronic pain as I aged. Her understanding of the body’s muscular, skeletal and connective systems eliminated my pain and got me back to optimal function so I can keep up with my athletic kids. Her sports background has been integral in helping me develop an overall wellness plan that helps me avoid injury and recover quickly. Whether you have an injury or want to feel your best, I can't recommend Somma Healing Massage Therapy enough!
