I booked a $180 facial and arrived to find the business closed. The phone number was not working, and texts went unanswered. I waited nearly an hour and was eventually told no one was available to provide facial services and this was the third time this has happened to someone. It’s unfortunate that I am writing this review because I’d previously had a great experience here. In fact I’d purchased a facial package and had 1 pass left. I received a reminder text about my appt on 12/18/25, but when I arrived I saw that the salon was closed. I have tried calling, emailing, and messaging through the website, but have had no response. I come here for facials & honestly, they know what they’re doing. I always look so glowy & refreshed after.
I love this facility! It’s absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The staff is so accommodating and they’re all sweet. I’ve been working with Gerelle on getting my textured skin under control. While I had no idea what I needed, she was able to evaluate and create a custom facial for my needs. Highly recommend!
