Going through the SOMA Series with Jay was a wonderful journey. My body healed in many unexpected and welcome ways. I learned so much and experienced reconnection and integration in profound ways. Being a very authentic and humble human, Jay would never take credit for the successes of my structural integration journey, but I will say that I’m extremely grateful to have had him as my guide and practitioner. Highly recommend.

Jay Williams Soma series is incredible. I suffer from post surgical pain in several places which has prevented me from really enjoying life. Through sessions with Jay I have become able to do daily activities with much more comfort. I woke today with no pain in my lower back after yesterday’s session. That hasn’t happened in a long time! Thank you Jay!
Jay is magic! I have been a bodyworker for 13 years and I have never experienced bodywork like this. I am 7.5 months pregnant with my first and he has helped me at every stage to rebalance my body and keeps me moving. His sessions have been completely blissful.
