the best recovery centre/gym i've trained in across aus. soma is truly next level, from the thoughtful design with privacy lights to the shiniest dumbells i've ever used and a sauna that truly cooks. i started here for recovery benefits and ended up staying for 1.5 years making a sometimes two visits a day for all the benefits. if you are injured or recovering I could not recommend the plunge and sauna more highly. I finally feel like I’ve found a gym where I actually look forward to visiting. The owners truly care about every detail, from the Dyson hair tools, the Leif shower products to the cleanliness and quality of the gym equipment. All the staff are beyond lovely and welcoming, but Steph is such an asset to the business- I see her hoovering up dirt on the changing room floors the second it drops and she is so friendly and warm. I have been coming to SOMA for a few years now. The gym and recovery facilities are second to none. Working with Calum this year has taken this experience to a new level He has a great balance of pushing to achieve results and making sure the PT sessions are enjoyable.
