Whenever I travel to Sydney for work, I visit the Soma family. It's like a home away from home for me. Strength training, cardio, and contrast therapy with the sauna and plunge pool are some of the things I enjoy most about the facilities. You can sign up for plenty of reformer pilates classes in the studio. The people at this place are the nicest, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I look forward to seeing you all next time! Keep up the great work!
I love SOMA! Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The Pilates classes are amazing, and the sauna is the perfect space to wind down after a workout.
