Ben is the best Myo I’ve ever seen. Gets to the source of the problem every time and can thoroughly explain exactly what is happening in the body.
Started seeing Ben close to 2 years ago! Still coming back every time. He is incredibly knowledgeable in understanding how the body is connected and knowing how to fix and pain or tightness I may have. My best performances for my national level swimming have come after seeing him about a week prior to tune the body up and insure all my muscles are not only loose but activated ready to compete. He also brings good chats to the table whenever I am in.
Ben is amazing… I had a shoulder issue for months that the doctors Osteo and Physio couldn’t fix. After 2 visits to Ben, my shoulder is like new and my Back and knee that he worked on feels great as well. recommend.
I injured my back back in August 2023, during deadlifting, where I had tingles all over my body for six weeks. The tingles went away, it appeared I had made a full recovery, until March of this year where I aggravated it once more, the tingles weren't as dominant, but my back was sore most of the time.
