I’ve now seen Ben three times for a number of different things and I honestly can’t believe the difference it’s made. Ben is the best Myo I’ve ever seen. Gets to the source of the problem every time and can thoroughly explain exactly what is happening in the body.
Started seeing Ben close to 2 years ago! Still coming back every time. He is incredibly knowledgeable in understanding how the body is connected and knowing how to fix and pain or tightness I may have. My best performances for my national level swimming have come after seeing him about a week prior to tune the body up and insure all my muscles are not only loose but activated ready to compete. He also brings good chats to the table whenever I am in.
