Not only did he help fix pain, Stephen was the first person to identify my imbalances that were causing my chronic pain. He wrote is all down and I was able to bring to my physical therapist and adapt my plan.
This work has created profound changes in my body. I suffered from chronic back and neck pain. My neck felt like it was constantly fighting itself. Going through the Soma series with Steve has given me relief I didn’t believe was possible. I can now go through the day without thinking about my back pain. I am now comfortable in my body for the first time since I can remember. In addition, it has greatly improved my posture. I would highly recommend this work for anyone that suffers from back or neck pain.
This is really deep work, and really makes a difference. I leave taller and moving more fluid and feeling great. Steve is awesome!
