I'm leaving them two starts because their clothing is great, but their website and customer service is trash. I ordered an XL to be picked up at a store, assumed the order was filled correctly, wrap the item up as a gift, then find out on Christmas that the item is actually a M. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They told me to write on the return slip that I want to exchange and to add the shipping address for the exchange. So I did. I purchased a bra from Tampa store but had to return to the Augusta store. So I asked a the young lady to size me .she act like she didn't want to do it..but she did it with attitude! So I returned the bra for a bigger cup but the Bra that she gave me has been worn already. So I called back to inform them that it was worn before and I was gonna return it. So I decided not to return it and just threw it away. So I will never buy anything from Soma again. That's $68 I wasted.
I purchase 5 bra’s in August. About a month ago 1 broke.I threw it in the trash jnot really thinking about it. To say the least I was very disappointed. Last week another one broke in the same place. Emailed the company basically they offered my $20. I felt insulted. I know a bra is not going to last forever but not even a year?????
