The only place I buy bras. Literally. They're so helpful & make you feel comfortable. They save your sizes & previous orders, which is nice. Pretty bras in larger sizes, which is hard to find
I was greeted tonight upon entering the store. I ordered 3 bras from the Soma website and did not like the fit. I used a few coupons so I wasn't sure if I could exchange my purchases for the style I needed. The associate was excellent. She helped me do an even exchange for the bras. The two associates were so friendly and helpful. Honestly, the best customer service I have experienced in a while.
I visited this store to get a bra fitting and purchase some since they were having a sale. The two salespeople spoke when I came in. I walked around the store and looked at several bras but was not offered any assistance. They just stayed behind thr counter talking to each other. I finally left the store. I can't rate the bras since I didn't get the chance to try one on. I am giving one star because I can't give zero which is the amount of customer service I received.
Yesterday I went into Soma to purchase one new bra. I had a great experience working with Cierra. She started by using a cool technique when measuring me. I felt very comfortable working with her because we were able the same size and shared other similarities. After measuring my size, she asked what I was looking for and said she had just the right bra.
