Yesterday I went into Soma to purchase one new bra. I had a great experience working with Cierra. She started by using a cool technique when measuring me. I felt very comfortable working with her because we were able the same size and shared other similarities. After measuring my size, she asked what I was looking for and said she had just the right bra. I wanted to leave two separate reviews really. One for the Augusta, GA location and one for online customers “service.” I had a $20 coupon that was expiring and I wanted purchased a pair of pants with the ship to store option as it was late in the evening, and online indicated that they were not available at my location. I'm leaving them two starts because their clothing is great, but their website and customer service is trash. I ordered an XL to be picked up at a store, assumed the order was filled correctly, wrap the item up as a gift, then find out on Christmas that the item is actually a M. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They told me to write on the return slip that I want to exchange and to add the shipping address for the exchange. So I did.
