I had the absolute best experience with bra shopping today thanks to Sierra!!! She's very knowledgeable, hilarious, courteous, and informative! If she isn't in management then she needs to be!!! I haven't shopped for bras in a store for over a decade because I was just too big. I've lost over 200lbs and online shopping just wasn't cutting it anymore! I can’t brag enough about the service I received! When you have someone who can look and size you without measurement and it’s a PERFECT fit… it’s chefs kiss I’ll def be back! The bras are really reasonably priced for the quality you get!
The only place I buy bras. Literally. They're so helpful & make you feel comfortable. They save your sizes & previous orders, which is nice. Pretty bras in larger sizes, which is hard to find
I was greeted tonight upon entering the store. I ordered 3 bras from the Soma website and did not like the fit. I used a few coupons so I wasn't sure if I could exchange my purchases for the style I needed. The associate was excellent. She helped me do an even exchange for the bras. The two associates were so friendly and helpful. Honestly, the best customer service I have experienced in a while.
