I’ve never had a problem with Solymar Pools. They built me an affordable pool that I’m extremely happy with and have backed it up with great service. Highly recommend them. I don’t do this often. So that should tell you something!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -- THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They scheduled a pool opening for May 5, 2024 and did not show up on the scheduled date and time -- THEY WERE A "NO CALL - NO SHOW"!! I tried calling them several times and left voicemail messages yet they never returned my calls; I even sent them an email which also went unanswered. They really put me in a bind as I had guest visiting from out of state who were looking forward to using the pool during their visit... I'm very disappointed in this company.
WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Very unprofessional & tried to price gouge an older lady.
Very prompt and helpful when booking initially, then cancels day of when they realize our home was farther away than they'd like. Our address was received and confirmed by the receptionist, the owner and the installation guys.. then just canceled. Our address was the same when booking as it was for installation, not our fault they're too lazy to click a maps link to figure that out before agreeing. 👎👎
