I hired David Gladdon the owner of Solway Plumbers to install a kitchen. When he came to look at the job he said it would take 4 days and his time would cost £300.00 per day which took me a back as 6 months earlier he did 4 hours work for me and charged £120.00 basically £30.00 per hour, nevertheless I agreed to the price as he said it would only take 4 days and that he could do all the work including plumbing, plastering, Joinery & electrics.
