They had no interest in helping me. I guess don't purchase your own parts and have them do the labor. They won't even talk to you. I get that this might be a grey area, and I'm fine if they don't want to do the work in case there are parts issues but common curtesy can go a long way. Unfortunate.
I always get fantastic service. The guys are great 👍
Recommend going anywhere else! Took my car in for an estimate on a mud flap pair. They called back and said the repair would cost over $2000. Went for a second opinion at another body shop, total cost taxes included was $285.
They were very friendly and it was done in good time, will recommend this place
