Dr. Hanson is very caring, very intelligent, & very trustworthy! I have been to many physicians but my best choice was to transfer as his patient. In less than a month he learned more about me than many other physicians in southern Illinois. He is very attentive. And passionate in finding out what is wrong with you and working to help eliminate the problems! I highly recommend this young physician to everyone in need of a very professional and loving doctor that is compassionate to his patients.
The front desk office staff are extremely unprofessional I have never seen or heard a front desk person slam the phone on their desk multiple times after speaking to a client on the phone, about a refill of medication. Not only that but in front of multiple people in the waiting room . That is just plain rude. The doctors were wonderful so I won’t discount them there. The female doctor was super sweet and professional.
Today is World Kindness Day, and I want to honor some of the kindest people I know. Solvera Health is a non-profit health system that serves the community. The Caplis’, a family of restaurant owners, started Solvera Health in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Hanson takes care of my husband and I. He always listens to our concerns. Staff very helpful and polite. Travel a long distance to see him because I trust his knowledge. I have been a nurse for 46 years and know a good Dr. When I see one. # 1 he cares about you and your medical needs.
