I already had my second microneedling at the old orchard location, and my experience was outstanding. My provider, Laura is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything before and after the procedure. She really listens and makes sure you’re comfortable all throughout the session. The clinic is very clean and aesthetically so pleasing and cozy. The front desk is also so helpful and warm. Will for sure be coming back in the future!!
I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about Solve Clinics! I’ve been doing PRP treatments for thinning hair over the past few months, and every visit has been such a great experience. The clinic itself is stunning, the whole team is so warm and welcoming, and Jane is an absolute superstar. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, so down-to-earth, and makes the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Solve goes above and beyond with their care and service—I’m genuinely so happy I found them!
I had a great experience at Solve Clinics for PRF hair treatment. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. The clinic is clean and well-run, and I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone considering PRF or other hair restoration options!
I went through four plasma treatments here and saw absolutely no results. Gina, the tech, clearly lacks proper training—she struggled with drawing blood and showed very poor customer service throughout the process. Overall, this place feels unprofessional and unskilled. Save your money—this treatment doesn’t work and the staff doesn’t seem to care.
My experience at Solve was a 10/10! It was my first time getting anything done and Kelly really put my mind at ease with how informational she was during the consultation. I was really comfortable and glad I went through with it!
