Switched from a credit unit to locally owned and operated Solvay Bank, and would never go back. Vanessa and staff continually go above and beyond. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for the level of customer service I’ve received. Thank you for allowing me to do business here. My family and I have been doing business with Solvay for years. I have since moved to Florida and had to close my account, however I came in with my mother while I was visiting and the manager Vanessa recognized me as if I never left. There was little to no wait time and all the staff was extremely friendly. If I ever move back to the frozen tundra, I will certainly be reopening my account with them.
