I was looking to switch insurance companies for my car insurance and renter’s insurance. When I requested to receive a quote I began to work with Andrew Money. Mistake after mistake have been a long time customer the last year or so they have made so many mistakes we are pulling out accounts.
I've had solvay Bank for almost 20 years now. Alway had a wonderful experience. They've helped me every step of the way. However, in August, they transitioned to a new credit card, which applies interest on the daily as opposed to monthly like the previous one. As a fiscally savvy person, I can not continue to pay all that extra money each month. WARNING: This bank is horrific for customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. They can’t even receive mail from insurance companies properly. One branch won’t forward documents to another branch. If mail goes to an address at a branch instead of the Solvay Bank PO Box, apparently it’s simply trashed. Our insurance company has been reaching out to Solvay Bank and no one cares. When you ask why mail wasn’t forwarded interoffice to the appropriate staff for a year, they say, “I don’t know.” They make excuses and don’... read more
