We visited this ice cream shop and spent almost $300, so we were expecting a great experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. While we were waiting for our ice cream, a lady was calling our name from outside the window. I said out loud three times that the order was ours, but she obviously couldn’t hear me. I clapped unintentionally to try to get her attention.
