Thank you Juanita for all you have done. We had a complex care situation and required a transfer from hospital to palliative care in a comfortable place, close to my home, following an unfortunate accident of a dear friend. There were many parameters that needed to be met for our situation. She was kind, caring, and very quick to find us a solution. She even facilitated an immediate tour and follow-up. At a very overwhelming time, she got us exactly what we needed, and we cannot thank her enough.

Dealing with Caroline Inman, Executive Director of Solva in Ottawa, has helped me in coping with the stress of moving a family member into a care home. Caroline has been knowledgeable, helpful, patient and supportive. She has also been very responsive to my phone calls and emails. In one word, OUTSTANDING. Caroline, from the moment I made the call to seek help to find a place for my father-in-law, you were kind and understanding. You provided qick reassurance that a place can be found at a reasonable price. Within hours you had us setup for a meeting with a home. This meeting was successful.
