I've been to this place over 3 years ago and was very satisfied however after my visit last week came away very disappointed as they never nailed my problems and never gave me any new advice. Very disappointed as I have google more info online myself. After paying the receptionist asked if I needed another appointment and I replied No...Then two days they called me asking the same question which I replied No once again....Then a week later they called me and said they didn't read the referral from my doctor properly and said... read more
Extremely disappointed with this business. Was seeing a lovely Dietitian who I re booked with 8 weeks in advance. Turned up to my appointment today to find out she had left. I said I didn’t wish to see anyone else only wanted to see the same person. That was that end of appointment. I explained how upset I was coming all the way here (with my one year old) to not even see the person I made the appointment with and Charged me $65. The owner said I still had an appointment time so I had to pay.
Do not recommend this business, tried to reschedule our appointment due to illness, they didn’t answer their phones, didn’t return our message & now 5 months later want a $70 cancelation fee. We emailed them & explained we couldn’t get hold of anyone to cancel and they initially apologised but as we chose not to rebook there they decided to charge $70 unless we rebook.
