Mauvais clinique on me donne rendez-vous à 10h15 j’arrive pour 9h30 et on me dit le rendez-vous est 11h15 à midi toujours pas passé un seule médecin ces dû n’importe quoi sans compter la secrétaire es froide et bête comme tout plu jamais je vais la ces honteux comme clinique le personnel es très froid avec les enfants
We had an appointment for my 3 y/o son (that we were waiting for 3 months now) on a Saturday morning, and even if we’ve waited in front of the door for 30 min, nobody showed up (the clinic was closed). Very disappointing when you were waiting on this appointment for a couple months…
My family has had a wonderful experience with this clinic - from the secretary to the pediatric ENT we were lucky to be scheduled with. They’ve been organized, kind, informative and accommodating. They’ve taken our son’s ear issues very seriously and managed to find solutions quickly for him. I’ve read some of the other (negative) reviews and I’ve kept in mind that most people who leave feedback are people who are unhappy with services, so I hope people do see my review and realize this can be a great clinic to collaborate w... read more
Clinique privée donc j'imagine qu'il y a deux poids deux mesures pour la qualité des services. l'ORL Chan Chun Kong m'a appelé "mon ami" pendant la séance et était plutôt froid, rude et désintéressé même impatient. De plus il m'a donné de fausses informations me disant qu'il n'y avait pas de sinus sur les côté alors qu'ils y a les sinus sphénoïde. J'ai quitté car je ne lui fait pas confiance. De plus ils ne font pas le suivi. il faut rappeler soi même. C'est la dernière fois que j'accepte d'aller dans une clinique privée.
