Wish I could give this place a worse review. Drive an hour to see and RV. Walls rotting from water damage. Asked this specific question before leaving and was told it's fine. Don't deal with these people.

I’ve never written a review before but I couldn’t let this pass. They worked on electrical issues I had and said the inverter needed replacing. They installed a new one last September. By December I was having problems again. They usually didn’t answer the phone and never called back when I left a message. This is what another company found: see photo. The paper covers vents needed to provide air circulation and prevent overheating. Fried wires on top were connections and inverter was malfunctioning. That error cost me over ... read more

If I could give them a ZERO I would. When I called them and explained my issue I was told by the owner they had an opening at 10:00 am Wednesday. So I dropped off my motorhome and asked for an update by the end od day which I was promised I would get. Wednesday came & went and so did Thursday. I was starting to get impatient so I called Friday morning and was told by the owner that he had to consult with the tech who was working on it. I owe a debt of gratitude to these folks. Full time motorhome traveler and my horrible Norcold refrigerator died. Again. These guys did it all for me. Replaced old unit with a residential model. Getting the new one into the Tiffin was a struggle, but they didn't give up. Got it done, and at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, they squeezed me into their very overloaded schedule.
